Hi, I'm Jo- a qualified coach with almost a decade of experience (and almost 20 years of competing!). I'm ready to help you get your training and racing to the next level. Or perhaps you're just starting out on your fitness journey and need some direction? I can help you achieve your desired result in the time you have available.
My passion has always been health, fitness, adventuring and competing in events. In recent years family has taken priority over training and competing but I still make sure I take time most days for a run, ride, swim or strength session and enter events when I can. I decided to put my Bachelor of Physical Education degree to good use- along with my racing and training experience and started my coaching career in January 2009. Since then, I've worked with over a hundred athletes to get them over the finish line, whether that be their first 5km run, or triathlon world champs.
I love the challenge of coaching- constantly trying to get the best out of each athlete/client, and extending their knowledge, physical and mental abilities while working towards their goals.
